Building and Supporting...a Strong Community
The QMR team is tirelessly devoted to being actively involved in our community. QMR team members sit on countless boards of many charities, not-for-profit and business organizations. We also support programs and events that support professional, educational causes - such as the Financial Management Institute (FMI) of Canada. As citizens of Ottawa-Gatineau, we believe that each of us must contribute toward making a difference, and have an obligation to embetter everyone's lives.

Corporate & Community Social Responsibility (CCSR)
QMR is dedicated to maintaining Corporate & Community Social Responsibility. To us, this means improving our Community's quality of life and that of society at large by strengthening our commitment to social innovation, conducting business ethically and with integrity, and contributing to our community's well-being and economic development while reducing our carbon footprint within the national capital region.
QMR associates and employees are consistently and continually encouraged to participate with Community endeavours, and are afforded in-kind and financial support to ensure their involvement.
Marc Quesnel, president of QMR, is a board member of United Way Ottawa and was vice chair of the governing board for the Ottawa chapter of the CGA from 2003-2006.
Dan Moorcroft, chief executive officer of QMR, sits on the Telfer School of Management - Dean's Advisory Board, and is a member of the Government Temporary Help Service Advisory Committee (GTHSAC); he is also the past chairman of the board for the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce (2009), and was a member of the Ottawa Vital Signs Advisory Committee for the Community Foundation of Ottawa, as well as a director on the board of The Ottawa Partnership (TOP).
