Workplace Civility Training
Civility Training is an integral part of fostering a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment. It includes training and resources on effective communication, harassment prevention, and leadership development to ensure a positive and productive workplace culture.
Civility training emphasizes the importance of treating each other with respect and civility, especially in the context of diverse work environments. This training aims to foster a workplace culture that is both psychologically safe and healthy. It focuses on being aware of one's own reactions and ensuring that actions and statements do not incite a lack of respect or civility. For example, it encourages inclusivity and respect for the abilities and contributions of all employees, regardless of their background or language proficiency,
Workplace Restoration
QMR Consulting provides Workplace Restoration, the culmination of which is a workplace wellness solution aimed at discovering and resolving the root causes of employee dissatisfaction and helping to bring the workplace back together to achieve full employee engagement.
Workplace Restoration is a process designed to address and repair the damaging environments that can develop in a workplace. This damage can arise from a variety of causes such as a significant negative event, ongoing issues eroding morale, conflicts, leadership issues, or other disruptions that affect the workplace dynamics and productivity.
The process of Workplace Restoration often includes role-playing exercises, case studies, and facilitated discussions to help in identifying, monitoring, and addressing the situations causing harm. It is crucial for organizations experiencing disruptions in workplace relations, which can manifest as prolonged conflict, bullying, increasing harassment or grievance claims, strikes, or significant organizational changes.
Key objectives of Workplace Restoration include recognizing and responding to signs and root causes of a toxic work environment, using data and assessment techniques to understand key issues, developing strategies to address negative behavior, and creating a measurable plan to restore relationships and rebuild a trustful and ideal workplace environment.
